1. When will I get my order?

Tees-  All tees are made to order.  I do them all myself (with help from my grandma!) and well sometimes it ships in a day or 2 and sometimes it takes closer to 2 weeks.  Typically, I say expect it to take 2 weeks.  
Lunch boxes-  These are also made to order and will be shipped directly from the designer.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Socks/Tights- These can ship out right away! If you order them with a shirt, I will hold them and ship all together to save you on shipping.

2.  I have a birthday party this weekend and I need a gift, can you get a tee to me right away?

I work great under pressure! If I have the shirt in stock, I will be happy to get it out to you right away. If I do not have it in stock, I can work with you to find something that will work for you.  Maybe a different color or style of tee.
(I can not have you showing up to a party without a gift from Tote and Tee, right?)
I do offer overnight shipping if you need it super quick!

3.  I am concerned about how the tees fit.  Do they run small or big?  What brand shirts do you use?

Honestly, my tees run a bit small.  I recommend going up a size to make sure it fits for a good long time!  Currently, I use American Apparel shirts.  They have a cute style, great colors and I just love them.  They are made in the USA.

4. What payments do you accept?

Credit Cards are the easiest way to shop online.  It is quick, easy and safe! I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

5.  I have a boutique or online store and I would love to carry your tees...do you do wholesale?

Yes! I do and would love to chat with you about adding my tees to your store! You can email me at info@toteandtee.com for my info.
I am in the Phoenix, AZ area. If your store is in my area, I would love to stop in to show you my products in person!

6.  I love Tote and Tee and want to spread the word.  What can I do?

First of all...I love you too! One of my favorite ways to spread the word about Tote and Tee is my Tee Parties.   Think of it as an online trunk show.  Basically, you spread the word about Tote and Tee to all your friends and family.  They get their shop on and you get 10% of their total in store credit.  Check out this page for more info.

7.  What is your return policy?

Well, this is a toughie! Each tee is made to order and they are all personalized so it is hard to take returns on things that like.  On the other hand, I am EASY to work with and if there is a problem with something I would rather you email me about it and see what we can work out.  I do not want any frowns from my customers!

8.  My name is Oprah and I would love if you would come on my show.  (you never know!)

Hi Oprah! I am a big fan.  I would love to come on your show...give me a day or 2 to go get myself a new outfit and a hairdo and I will be right there!
