Ok, my biggest baby turns 9 today…really, when did that happen?  She is at school right now but so far she says it’s her best day ever. (gotta love when they say that!)  And to put a cherry on top, she even lost a tooth this morning!

Here she is when she was 4 wearing one of my first initial tees…

And here she is last weekend opening Bday presents from the family…

It’s time to retire some of my oldie but goodies! I have them all marked down to $25 and I will have them posted for a week.  You can find them in the SALE and they are all labeled LAST CHANCE.  If you have pondered buying one of these, you better do it now because they will be gone soon.

Today I wanted to share a fun magazine with you.  This is the second issue, the first was actually called Homegrown Hospitality but they changed the title to Home & Heart.  I haven’t been lucky enough to find one on the stands yet(just came out yesterday) but I did have the first issue and I still thumb through it for ideas!

Here is an excerpt from the Paper Craft website…

“Spring is time to celebrate, and the Celebrations issue of Home & Heart will help you turn birthdays, weddings, baby showers, reunions, and red-letter days of all types into true celebrations! You’ll find simple, yet spectacular ideas for adding your own heartfelt touch to your party or special day, from invitations and decorations to appetizers and party favors. Turn brown paper sacks into gorgeous gifts bags, plan the ultimate fairy party for your little princess, host a poker bash for your better half, create a wisdom book for a mom-to-be, or make a family reunion one to remember. You even get to peek in on Stephanie’s summertime wedding.”

Stephanie is the Crafty Brain behind this cool magazine.  Oh, by they way…she is my cousin and she is so crafty and cool!  She is actually the one that inspired me to get back into sewing.  She made a cute diaper bag/big sister bag/matching blankie set for us when Abby was born.  The lightbulb went off and I soon started making gifts for family and then decided to try selling them…now here I am! (thanks Steph for the inspiration!)

You can check her out on her blog and if you don’t see the magazine in the stores, you can buy it here.

First it was Little Bill and we just got got news that Charlie of Charlie and Lola was spotted wearing a Custom Name Tee! (in fact, I don’t know that he has been spotted without that tee on…)

His shirt of choice is of course the raglan tee.
