Ok, a cooking blog this is not. Usually I just share fun pics, sales and all that good Tote and Tee stuff. But I just have to share this easy salad recipe with you.

My mom told me about this recipe at the beginning of the summer, apparently it’s big on her Pot Luck circuit. Well, now it’s big with me. I try to make it at least once a week and if it was up to me I would eat the whole thing and not share but you know, gotta be nice;)

This is so easy, you don’t even need to write it down…

1 package of coleslaw (you know the cabbage & carrot mix in the prepackaged salad section)

    2/3 cup frozen peas

    2/3 cup Craisins

    2/3 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts

    1 bottle of Poppyseed Dressing

Just put it in a bowl and toss the dressing in. That’s it. So. Easy. and SO good.

  1. Yum, I think that is the salad we had at Abby’s pary??? It was so yummy. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. Thanks for the salad recipe. (again) I made it for my Grandma’s 90th birthday party. There were lots of people there and we were all asked to bring a side. I made a double batch and it was gone. I got lots of compliments to I pass them on to you.

    Thanks!
